Get help with your creator account, browser connection, approved Instagram outreach, tracking sheet, or Gmail drafts.
Before contacting support
- Open WILD and check the Connections page.
- In Chrome Extensions, open WILD Outreach Helper → Details and confirm Allow in incognito is on.
- Confirm Chrome is signed into the Instagram account saved in your creator profile.
- Keep the WILD Outreach Helper installed and enabled.
- If private Meta research reports an empty control check, close any other incognito windows where Facebook is signed in, then retry.
- Copy the exact error shown in WILD, without including passwords or API keys.
