WILD AI Outreach
Privacy and browser helper disclosure
Last updated October 12, 2026. This page explains the data used by the WILD web application and the WILD Outreach Helper Chrome extension.
What WILD accesses
The extension runs only on this WILD site, the public Meta Ad Library at facebook.com/ads/library, and instagram.com. When a creator starts a batch, it opens a temporary minimized incognito window and checks active-only Meta Ad Library searches made from that creator's saved niche keywords. This isolates research from the creator's normal Facebook cookies and session. It returns the advertiser name, direct ad record, active status, keyword, and observation time to WILD, then closes its research window. It separately opens matched official Instagram profiles in a background tab to read the current follower count, a recent post, and whether the profile can receive a message, so the creator's saved audience rules are enforced from live profile evidence. After creator approval, it verifies the Instagram account already signed in to Chrome, places the exact approved message into Instagram, confirms the visible sent message, and checks replies for an email address supplied by the brand.
What WILD does not access
WILD does not request or store a Facebook or Instagram password. Meta research never falls back to the creator's normal Facebook session; if incognito access is not enabled or the private control search fails, the batch stops and explains what needs attention. The extension does not receive the owner's OpenAI key, Google OAuth token, another creator's data, or unrestricted access to browsing history. Its Chrome access is limited to alarms used to check for creator-requested work, local extension storage, this WILD site, the public Meta Ad Library, and instagram.com.
How data is used
Creator onboarding preferences, Meta active-ad evidence, approved templates, connection state, operational job state, confirmed-send evidence hashes, and progress totals are used only to provide and secure the outreach workflow. Active-ad evidence is used to prevent outreach to brands that were not verified as current advertisers. Confirmed sends are written to the creator's own tracking sheet. Email drafts are created only after a brand supplies an email address in an Instagram reply; WILD does not send those emails automatically.
Service providers and data sharing
WILD shares only the information needed to operate the creator-requested workflow with its infrastructure and integration providers: OpenAI for brand research and draft generation, Cloudflare for application hosting and operational storage, Google for the creator's connected Sheets and Gmail services, and Meta/Instagram when the creator approves an Instagram message or WILD checks that conversation for a reply. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy commitments. WILD does not sell personal information or share it with advertising data brokers.
Chrome Web Store Limited Use
WILD's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. WILD uses this information only to provide or improve the creator-requested outreach workflow, does not use it for advertising, and does not sell it.
Security and retention
Browser pairing codes expire after ten minutes and can be used once. The resulting device credential is stored in Chrome extension storage and can be revoked from the Connections page. Server requests are scoped to the signed-in creator and tenant. Pairing codes are retained only until they expire or are used. WILD keeps active account, template, connection, job, usage, and audit records while the account is active and for the limited period reasonably required afterward to resolve support issues, prevent abuse, meet billing obligations, and comply with law. Deletion requests are evaluated and completed subject to those obligations.
Human access
WILD personnel do not read creator messages or brand replies except when the creator requests support, when access is necessary to investigate security or abuse, or when required by law. Access is limited to the information needed for that purpose.
Your choices and contact
A creator can stop the connection by revoking the browser in WILD or uninstalling the extension. To request access, correction, or deletion of account and associated operational data, or to ask a privacy question, email sarah@wild-community.com. Requests remain subject to necessary security, billing, and legal retention requirements.
